Welcome to Antigravity AI. All payments are handled by Sigmify LLC.

1. Refund Eligibility:

You may request a refund within 3 days of your payment, provided that fewer than 10 credits have been used. Requests submitted after 3 days or once 10 or more credits have been consumed will not be considered for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund, send an email to support@antigravity-ai.com including your order information and a brief description of the issue. Our team will evaluate your request and get back to you within 7 business days.

3. Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

Payments made more than 3 days ago or accounts with 10 or more credits consumed are not eligible for refunds. Charges for services already provided are also non-refundable.

5. Your Privacy:

Antigravity AI respects your privacy. We collect your name, email, and payment information only to process your orders. Non-personal data is gathered via cookies.
